DIY Promo VidTerms of service
Draft. Have this reviewed before launch.
The service
DIY Promo Vid creates a short promotional video from a public website you provide. Each purchase ($19 USD) covers one video for one website, including unlimited edits and exports from your private studio link and up to 3 AI re-rolls.
Your content
You confirm you own or have permission to use the website and its content (text, logos, images) in a promotional video. You're responsible for how you publish the result.
Acceptable use
Don't submit sites that are illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that you don't have rights to promote. We may decline or cancel orders that break these rules.
Studio links
Your studio link is your access to the video. Keep it private; anyone with it can edit and download that video.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
